I’ve had these roses for about 4 summers now. They're vigorous and
flower well .
They're very fragrant and when the sun hits them in the morning the perfume wafts into my
bedroom (we don’t have daylight saving here in Perth so, in summer, that is
darn early, just in case you think I’m just lazing about :-) ).
It's bred from a cross between Blueberry Hill and Aotearoa (correct me if I’m wrong,
but I think Aotearoa is called New Zealand in North America, Aotearoa being the
Maori name for New Zealand).
Advertised
as being ‘”orchid pink”, strangely the tag shows a slightly buff rose which
made me nervous when I first bought it until I saw it’s mauve pink flowers come out.
